___________________________________________________________________
At Evergreen Property Inspectors we are dedicated to creating a 5 star experience and provide a Satisfaction Guarantee and 120 Day Elite MGA Warranty to our standard residential inspection clients. If you feel an item may have been overlooked during our inspection please read through your report, the ASHI (for Missouri) or Illinois (for Illinois) Standards of Practice and review the 120 Day Elite MGA Warranty we purchase for our standard home inspection clients for owner occupied homes. See terms below.
At Evergreen Property Inspectors we are dedicated to creating a 5 star experience. If you feel we did not perform the inspection according to your expectations, or feel that an item may have been overlooked during our inspection we have two items in place to assist our clients.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee that applies during the inspection process and before the report is created.
This applies to clients that attend the inspection, watch the lengths we go to inspect the home, and are not satisfied with our inspector or our inspection process. Let us know before the report is delivered to you and we will return the inspection fee for the services we performed (Home Inspection). We cannot return any fees for services performed by 3rd party companies once they have dispatched to the site (Termite, Sewer Lateral, Septic, Chimney, or HVAC Inspectors). Receive you refund by letting the Evergreen inspector know you are not happy, or notify the office team at or via email at ContactUs@EvergreenPropertyInspectors.com
The second item is the Elite MGA 120 Day Warranty
An inspection warranty is specifically tied to the findings of a home inspection. This means it only covers specified elements that have been inspected and reported to be without deficiencies. Essentially, if the inspection report indicates that a system or component is in good working order at the time of the inspection, it will be covered under the inspection warranty. Inspection warranty provides structural components, major mechanical systems, certain appliances, and peace of mind by ensuring that eligible repair expenses for issues that may develop after the inspection are covered. Avoid costly surprises, follow our Home Inspection Checklist.
There is a difference between a full home warranty and the inspection warranty. While they may seem similar at first glance, there are several significant differences between them. Understanding the differences between a full home warranty and an inspection warranty can help you make informed decisions about protecting your investment.
We highly recommend that all of our clients research and obtain a home warranty.
