Eric was great! He met me at the home and showed me everything I needed to know about, plus a few “good to know” things. I was nervous going into this (first time home buyer, and single Mom) but Eric was honest and knowledgeable without being condescending. I would definitely recommend you to others.

Evergreen was able to perform the inspection quickly. Their phone service/support was excellent. The report was thorough and easy to read. They had excellent competitive pricing. There were a couple of points in the report in which I wanted a little more clarity. I sent the questions in, and they were answered. However, at times I did have to prompt them to get the answers to me. But it was not really bad. Overall, I'd give them very high ratings and would recommend them to others.

I am a Realtor and I used Evergreen Property Inspectors with a client for a home inspection, sewer scope, mold testing, etc. Eric Ruden was the inspector who was assigned to the property. We were able to be present during the majority of the inspection. Eric was hands down one of the most knowledgable and upbeat inspectors I have ever worked with. He took each concern very seriously, and answered all question in depth. He pointed out multiple possible issues while walking us through the entire property while doing so. Eric went above and beyond what was expected; he even stuck around after the inspection was finished to see us through our sewer scope. The companies they sub out to do the other types of inspections were absolutely incredible and very knowledgable as well. Scope King was the company that did our sewer scope. He attempted multiple times and various ways to be able to get us our video.
