My inspector Mark was great! As a 1st time home buyer, not only were things coming together faster than what I had expected but I was completely overwhelmed. Mark allowed me to follow him step by step and explained everything in detail. He took his time and answered every single question I had. I appreciated the fact that he was able to give me some historical context regarding homes similar to mine and pointed out unique features. He specifically asked me what my concerns were and allowed to process everything once he had completed the physical viewing. He gave me a reasonable timeframe as to when to expect when full written summary and made sure I was completely at ease. I would highly recommend EPI for your home inspection needs!

Evergreen was able to perform the inspection quickly. Their phone service/support was excellent. The report was thorough and easy to read. They had excellent competitive pricing. There were a couple of points in the report in which I wanted a little more clarity. I sent the questions in, and they were answered. However, at times I did have to prompt them to get the answers to me. But it was not really bad. Overall, I'd give them very high ratings and would recommend them to others.
