Paul was incredibly thorough. Nearly every problem that was found in the inspection came with photos so I knew exactly where to look in the house to fix them. He also did a follow-up call with my realtor to get her on the same page, and he was completely willing to answer all of my parents questions during the inspection. This is my first house, so I was nervous I wouldn't choose the right inspectors, but I would definitely use this company again!

We were referred to Evergreen by our realtor. I called on Sunday and on Monday they had an opening. Eric did a fantastic job! He answered all of our questions and was very thorough. We’re preparing to buy what was my grandparent’s home. It’s been neglected for many years as they aged, so I wanted an inspection done to make sure we’re not missing any major issues. My inspector Mark was great! As a 1st time home buyer, not only were things coming together faster than what I had expected but I was completely overwhelmed. Mark allowed me to follow him step by step and explained everything in detail. He took his time and answered every single question I had. I appreciated the fact that he was able to give me some historical context regarding homes similar to mine and pointed out unique features. He specifically asked me what my concerns were and allowed to process everything once he had completed the physical viewing.
