On 11/3/25, I had yet another inspection (3rd one) still attempting to buy a home. This time, Paul was my inspector and as in the previous times, the service was impeccable! The company recognized the frustrations I had had with previous attempts to buy and I think they took extra special care this time. Again, I did not feel rushed as we walked through. Paul and his trainee were very thorough and answered all of my questions and concerns. EPI gave me the good, the bad and the ugly and provided me with best practices regarding the upkeep on the home! DEFINITELY 5/5- I hands down recommend!!

Eric was great at pointing out anything that wasnt visible to the trained eye and answered any and ALL of our questions (there were plenty).
